Donna Pillizzi1932 - 2014Donna Pillizzi, 82, of Kenosha passed away on Monday June 23, 2014, at UHS-Kenosha.Donna was born on May 2, 1932, in St. Paul, Minn., the daughter of the late Adler and Edna (Johnson) LaBarre. She was educated in the schools of Kenosha. Donna married James Pillizzi in 1971 in Nashville, Tenn. Donna was owner operator of Donnas Diner in Racine and Sleepy Hollow Bar in Kenosha for many years. Donna was a member of St. Marys Catholic Church. Her hobbies included reading, cooking, she enjoyed driving elderly people to appointments, cooking for residents in her apartment complex, and most of all, spending time with family and friends, especially her grandchildren.Survivors include her children, Samuel (Wanda) Pillizzi of Kenosha, Diane (Bruce) Eisenbraun of N.M., Jeffrey Perkins, of Necedah, Wis., James Pillizzi of Kenosha, Gina (Rick) Oberg of Kenosha, Scott (Sunny) Perkins of Wash., Gerald Pillizzi of Kenosha; and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren. Donna was preceded in death by her husband, James, a daughter, Linda Donnell, and brothers, Glenn and Gene LaBarre.A visitation will be held on Friday (TODAY) June 27, 2014, at Kenosha Funeral Services from 5 to 7 p.m. and Saturday, June 28, 2014, at St. Marys Catholic Church from 10:30 to 11 a.m., with a Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 11 a.m. Entombment All Saints Cemetery.Kenosha Funeral Services & Crematory8226 Sheridan Rd.Kenosha, WI 53143(262) 652-1943 www.kenosha-funeral-services.com
