BERLIERLoving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Dora Mae (Nee Bone) Berlier passed away on Tuesday March 21, 2017 at The Seasons, Courtyard in Kenwood. Mass of Christian Burial for Dora Mae (Bone) Berlier will be held Tuesday March 28, 2017 at 10AM at St. John the Evangelist Church, 7121 Plainfield Rd (45236). Precede by visitation from 9AM to 10AM. Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery 11000 Montgomery Rd (45249). She was born on Aug. 11, 1930 in Ashland, OH, the daughter of Wayne and Minnie (Nee Hauenstein) Bone. She graduated from Ashland High School in 1948 and studied nursing in Cincinnati. She married Ralph Berlier in 1951 and raised their seven children in Price Hill, Blue Ash and Sycamore Township. She was an avid seamstress, knitter and embroiderer. She had an extensive collection of recipes, many of which were given to her by her grandmothers, mother and aunts. She is survived by her seven children: Douglas (Nancy) Berlier, of Norwood; David (Becky) Berlier, of Noble, OK; Nan (Vince) Kish, of Point Marion, PA.; Liz (Rob) Hicks, of Deer Park; Robert (Linda) Berlier, of Deer Park; Mary (Al) Broadway, of Southlake, TX; and Judy (Al) Smith, of Rahway, NJ; 21 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; a brother, Richard (Jane) Bone, of Winter Haven, FL; two sisters Ann (John) Slater, of Jeromesville; and Kay Anderson, of Columbus. She was preceded in death by her parents Wayne and Minnie Bone and loving husband Ralph. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to 4310 Cooper Rd (45242).
