We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of our beloved Dora Lourdes Peralta, of South Ozone Park, New York, who peacefully left this world on December 30, 2024, in Charlotte, North Carolina, at the age of 80.

Dora was born on December 5, 1944, in Daule, Ecuador, to Carlos Alberto Cabrera and Teresa Calletana Anzules. She was a loving mother to her six children; Teresa Peralta, Fatima Davis with spouse Brian Davis, Carlos Peralta, Roberto Peralta, Freddy Peralta with spouse Katy Peralta, and Alberto Peralta.

Dora was a talented seamstress who dedicated many years to her craft before retiring in 1985, to help raise her beloved grandchildren. She enjoyed cooking and shopping for her family, always putting their needs before her own. She also had a passion for gardening and spent countless hours cultivating a beautiful array of roses in her front yard.

She will be dearly missed by her family and friends, as well as her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Her memory will always be cherished in our hearts. May her memory continue to bring comfort and joy to those who mourn her loss.
