Dori L. Chambers, was born August 28, 1969 in Jersey City, NJ. She was born to Calvin C. Holloman and the late Vivian L. Wilson.
Dori attended public schools P.S. 34, 14 and Henry Snyder High School. She worked as a customer service representative for over twenty-five years. Dori personality was bigger than life and like her mom she could make an entrance in a room. She was never afraid to speak her mind and let her presence be known.
As a child Dori loved to put on plays with her siblings and cousins for the family and neighbors. After a while she even started to make audio and video recordings with her uncle. Dori had a passion for cooking. She was an excellent chef, she knew her way around the kitchen and specialized in dishes from a plethora of culture’s. Her dream and goal was to open a restaurant someday. Hosting cookouts was her favorite thing to do, she always brought the family together. Those that knew best she always wanted to be surrounded by love.

Dori leaves to cherish her memory: Husband Walter Chambers. Dori was a loving and caring mother to 6 children: Keifatha Wilson, Esau Grant, Lloyd Lemonious Jr, Dejavette Lemonious, Shericka Chambers, Shamar Chambers. Along with 2 grandchildren Ziyanna Wilson, Natalia Gwalteny, Father Calvin C. Wilson. Three sisters and one brother; Patricia Wilson, Camilla Worrell, Alexis Tyson, and Calvin Wilson; brother-in-law Mark Worrell and sisters-in-law Rubiella Wilson. A former devoted husband Lloyd Lemonious, Sr. Dori also leaves behind a host of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
