Doris Jean Beam1931 - 2014Doris Jean Beam, 82, of Kenosha passed away on Wednesday, June 4, 2014, at the Hospice House in Pleasant Prairie surrounded by her loving family.Jean was born on Dec. 9, 1931, in Minong, Wis., the daughter of the late James and Dorris (Pierce) Langdon. She was educated in the schools of Minong. She married Robert E. Beam on Jan. 19, 1952, in Waukegan, Ill. Jean worked at Nash Motors, I.T.O. Industries in Bristol, Hayward Tree Nursery, and as a homemaker throughout the years. Her hobbies included being an avid deer hunter, spending time with family, rock collecting, playing dice and card games, fishing, and reading.Survivors include Pamela (Lawrence) Nichols of Racine, Sandra (John) Wistert of Kenosha, James (Cheryl) Beam of Somers, John (Lorie) Beam of Trego, Wis., Robin Falbo (Bruce Hartly) of Cudahy, Wis., Joseph (Marni Schroeder) Beam of Kenosha and Trego; brothers, Ronald (Gloria) Langdon, Joseph (Bernie) Langdon, both of Trego; sisters, Velma Kending of Trego, Mary Ellen (Don) Harper of Minong; 11 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
