On April 7, our beloved Dorkava passed suddenly in Winter Park after a hard battle with COVID-19. Our beloved "Baba" will be remembered for her endless love, hospitality, and strength. Dorkava is survived by her brother: Stanko, daughters: Ana and Maria, and grandchildren: Nada, Talia, Dara, Djordje, Miško, and Peter. A private memorial has been held, although one can visit her plot in the Pompano Cemetary of Christ. 

Dorkava immigrated from Kurici, Yugoslavia to Flint, Michigan in 1973, where she eventually retired in Winter Park, Florida. She is now resting in Christ's arms,  free of pain and suffering, alingside her husband.
