Dorothy A. Godlewski1921 - 2014Dorothy A. Godlewski, 92, of Kenosha, passed away peacefully, Saturday, Feb. 15, 2014, at Wynwood.She was born on Nov. 28, 1921, to the late Frank and Anna (Ribar) Zeman in Kenosha. She was educated in the schools of Kenosha and graduated from Kenosha High School.On Nov. 22, 1947, she married George S. Godlewski in Kenosha. He preceded her in death on July 2, 1994.Dorothy was a member of St. Marys Catholic Church.Dorothy enjoyed pottery and reading the coupon clipper newspaper. She was a wonderful cook, especially cooking stuffed peppers. She loved being a mom and raising her three children and being a grandmother.Dorothy is survived by her loving children, Janis L. (Mark) Brandt of Kenosha, James G. (Sally) Godlewski of Neenah and David F. (Kathy) Godlewski of Lindenhurst, Ill.; her grandchildren, Christopher Brandt of Menasha, Jeffrey Brandt of Racine, Matthew Godlewski of Chicago, Michael Godlewski of Lindenhurst, Elizabeth Godlewski of Madison, Sarah Godlewski of Neenah and Benjamin Godlewskiof Neenah and her great grandchildren Natalie, Katelyn and Jonathan Brandt with one great grandchild on the way.She is preceded in death by a brother James Zeman.Funeral Services for Dorothy will be held on Saturday, Feb. 22 at 11:30 a.m. at the Bruch Funeral Home. Entombment will follow at All Saints Mausoleum. Visitation will be held on Saturday morning from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service.
