This post is from Larry Carlock:
Hi Honey, It's been 1 month since you went home and I miss you with all my heart and soul. Abby misses you too, she thinks you are at San Remo because she tries to go out the gate to see you. We had over 30 years together and they were wonderful yes, even even though we had some that were a bit on the rough side we managed to get through them because of our love for each other. Just before you left you had the biggest smile I'd ever seen on your face and I knew you saw your God and Jesus and all your family members waiting to bring you in. I know you are at peace and happy now with no more pain and suffering. So watch over us and protect us as much as you can.
My Love will always be with you, Larry. P.S. My heart cry;s for you.

Mom you always was there for us kids. You always kept a roof over our heads and food in our mouths. I can remember you working so many overtime hours just to make sure there would be something underneath our tree for Christmas. You are the one that thought me to be a good mother to my kids. Man I knew the day would come when you would go home but just didnt realize how much my heart would hurt missing you. I love you with all of my heart Rest In Peace mom.

I always enjoyed visiting & seeing Dorothy. She had a smile on her face that would normally be followed with some light-hearted joke, that would make us laugh. Her presence and that smile will be treasured & missed. For all of Dorothys Family, may Gods comfort and strength hold you close during this time of sorrow; very sorry for your loss. Love, Carla Grace Thomas

Mom,
Its only been a week since I was sitting on your hospital bed and holding your hand and telling you it will all be ok. Those final hours with you has left an imprint on my heart forever. You never said a word but I felt you knew I was there with you, and I know you knew it was time. Its always hard to let go of someone you love knowing you will not be seeing or talking to them again. I do know that when I saw you smile so wide right before your last breath, I knew you had already reached heaven. Mom, until I see your sweet smile again-I love you and miss you every day!
