Dorothy Marie NaumannAGE: 73 • Oxnard, CA & Formerly of PennsaukenDorothy Marie Naumann {nee Chalmers}, age 73 of Oxnard, CA & formerly of Pennsauken, passed away on July 30th, 2017 surrounded by her loving family.She was born on May 28th, 1944 in Camden, NJ, and was the eldest child of the late John and Marie {nee Rufe} Chalmers. She was part of the 1962 graduating class of Pennsauken High School. Dorothy was a Navy veteran. Her passions were her family, golfing, gardening, and her dogs.Dorothy is survived by her husband Rick; her daughters and sons-in-law , Brenda and Kirk Ellis, Christine and Stephen Brown; grandson, Owen Brown, all of California. Also brother and sister-in-law, John and Linda Chalmers of NJ; brother Guy Chalmers of PA; and mother-in-law, June Naumann of CA.She is preceded in death by her son Jason; her parents; father-in-law George Naumann; and brother-in-law, Bill Naumann.Arrangements are under the direction of the Ted Mayr Funeral Home, 3150 Loma Vista Road, Ventura, CA 93003.
