Dorothy "Dot" Evans Keitt daughter of the late Mrs. Amelia Little Sheppard and Mr. James
"Cooter" Williams, was born on July 16, 1957 in Holly Hill, South Carolina, she enterer into eternal rest on December 20th 2024.
At an early age, "Mother Dorothy Keitt" became a member of Lovely Hill Baptist Church. Later, she became a member who served faithfully under the leadership of Messiah Pointe Ministries.
Dot attended Roberts High School and was employed with Orangeburg County School District as a Custodian for many years.
She was preceded in death by her husbands Johnny Evans Jr., and later by Willie Keitt, one adopted daughter Cheryl Keitt, four sisters Lucille Pinkney, Mattie Mae Sheppard, Shirly Cason and Annie Mae, five brothers Marvin Sheppard, David Lee Sheppard, Leon Sheppard, Clyde Sheppard, and Norris Williams.
She leaves to cherish her memories: Three sons, Lamont (Shirley) Williams of Moncks Corner, South Carolina, Anthony (Jerrica) Evans of Hinesville, GA. Willie (lesha) Evans of Columbia, South Carolina; One daughter, Lakeisha Evans of Holly Hill, South Carolina; Four Sisters, Varn (Nathaniel) Mack, Mary (Walter) Shannon, Helen McMillian, Linda (Willard) Wearing, Gladys Walker all of Holly Hill, South Carolina; Five brothers, Earnest Sheppard, Nathaniel Williams both of Holly Hill, SC, Leroy Sheppard of New York, New York, and Ronnie Williams of Columbia, South Carolina; nineteen grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren; a very special niece/sister, Annette Mckune; two special grand children, Keasia
Johnny Evans Jr., and later by Willie Keitt, one adopted daughter Cheryl Keitt, four sisters Lucille Pinkney, Mattie Mae Sheppard, Shirly Cason and Annie Mae, five brothers Marvin Sheppard, David Lee Sheppard, Leon Sheppard, Clyde Sheppard, and Norris Williams.
