Williams, Douglas ErvinDouglas Ervin Williams, age 78, passed away on Sunday, March 26, 2017 in Sebring, Florida. He was born on January 22, 1939 in Newfield, New York to the late Harold H. and Esther I. (Tompkins) Williams. Doug proudly served our country with the U.S. Army and spent his career as a Mechanic with Ithaca City School District Bus Garage for many years. He moved to Sebring in 2001 from Spencer, New York and was a member of Tanglewood Community Church. Survivors include his five daughters: Tina (Ed) Turk-NY, Anita (Dale) Stocking-NY, Diana (Peter) Lotito-NC, Iretta (Don) Ellis-NY, Elizabeth (Neil) Muzzy-NY; one son: Tom (Dana) Roidl-NY; one brother: Winton (Tina) Williams-St. Cloud, FL; one sister: Dorcas Stamp-NY, twelve grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
