He was born on January 22, 1939 in Newfield, New York to the late Harold H. and Esther I. (Tompkins) Williams. Doug proudly served our country with the U.S. Army and spent his career as a Mechanic with Ithaca City School District Bus Garage for many years. He moved to Sebring in 2001 from Spencer, New York and was a member of Tanglewood Community Church. Survivors include his five daughters: Tina (Ed) Turk-NY, Anita (Dale) Stocking-NY, Diana (Peter) Lotito-NC, Iretta (Don) Ellis-NY, Elizabeth (Neil) Muzzy-NY; one son: Tom (Dana) Roidl-NY; one brother: Winton (Tina) Williams-St. Cloud, FL; one sister: Dorcas Stamp-NY, twelve grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Along with his parents Doug was preceded in death by his wife: Fran Williams and one grandson: Ryan Ellis. Memorial contributions may be made to: , P.O.
