Survivors are children, Obadiah Blackmon, Jr. and Sheila Blackmon of Wichita. Visitation is from 3-5 p.m. on Sunday, April 24, 2016, at Lakeview Funeral Home, 12100 E. 13th St. N., Wichita. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, April 25, 2016, at St. Mark United Methodist Church, 1525 N. Lorraine St., Wichita. Entombment will follow at Lakeview Funeral Home.
