We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of our beloved Earl Johnson, who was born on July 19, 1952, and passed away on August 17, 2024. Earl resided in Randolph, Alabama, United States, where he lived a full and meaningful life surrounded by his family.

Earl was the loving son of Steve and Mattie Johnson and was a devoted father to his three children Anita Johnson, Denice Sims (spouse Ira Sims), and Christopher Johnson. He was a cherished grandfather to four grandchildren. Kiara N. Murphy, Deszmond T. Kersh, Fredarious O. Brown & Taylir T. Nunn. He was also a great grandfather to 5 lovely great-grandchildren. Kameron Murphy, Jalen Murphy, Kason Murphy, Arianna Brown & Amaya Brown.

Earl attended Green Park High School where he excelled academically and made lifelong friendships. He had a passion for fishing and spent countless hours on the water, finding solace and joy in nature. Earl also had a love for music, often spending evenings listening to his favorite tunes.

Earl will be remembered for his kind heart, infectious laughter, and unwavering love for his family. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

May Earl Johnson rest in peace, knowing that he was loved and treasured by those whose lives he touched.
