Earl "Peter" Farragut Jr. passed away at his home in Chalmette, Louisiana on Saturday the 22nd of October 2016 at the age of 47. Peter was born on December 11, 1968 in New Orleans, LA to Earl and Mary (Moser) Farragut. He graduated from Chalmette High School in Chalmette, LA in 1986. After high school he went on to attend Louisiana State University where he graduated with Honors in Electrical Engineering. His passions included a life-long quest for knowledge and spending quality time with his family especially his nieces (Frankie, Hannah, and Dylan) and nephews (Cade and Evan). Peter was a very intelligent, good-natured, and loving person who always seem to bring humor to any occasion. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Peter is predeceased by his sister Jaime Patrice Farragut on June 23, 2016 and is survived by his parents Earl Peter Farragut, Sr. and Mary Moser Farragut, his brother David Michael Farragut (Pamela), and his sister Kristina Farragut Larter (Matthew)..
