Early was born on February 14, 1950, in Budd Lake, New Jersey. He grew up in this tight-knit community and embraced its values throughout his life. Early was known for his unwavering commitment to his family, friends, and neighbors.

Early was a man of many talents. He had an innate curiosity that led him on various professional paths, and he excelled in each of them. He was an accomplished lawyer, known for his integrity and passion for seeking justice.
