Sorrow Does Come to Earth
Ecclesiastes 12:7 – And the dust returns to the earth as it was, and the spirit returns to God who gave it.
God does not promise us a life without death, pain and sorrow. Part of human life on earth involves death, and with death, comes grieving. This time of sorrow is sacred, for grieving death is unique to every individual. God acknowledges our time and need to grieve by telling us that they have a place in our lives. Acknowledging our grief is full of importance.
