Edna M. GreinerZANESVILLE: Edna M. Greiner, 96, of Zanesville, died at 5:00PM Tuesday, August 13, 2013 at her residence.She was born on June 15, 1917 in Zanesville the daughter of Orville and Ada Mae Harris Bunting.Edna was a member of Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church, and spent most of her life as a first grade elementary school teacher at Pleasant Grove School. She enjoyed gardening, traveling, painting, square dancing, playing cards and photography. She is survived by a son, Rudy (Suzy) Greiner of Zanesville; three daughters, Martha (Joe) Johnson of Zanesville, Margery Doubles of Paris OH and Mollie Hatfield of Troy OH; ten grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and six great great grandchildren; a brother, John Bunting of Zanesville; and several nieces and nephews.Edna was preceded in death in addition to her parents, by her husband, Harry Granville Greiner on August 15, 1996 and a sister, Margaret Weiser.A special thank you to nieces, Carolyn and Valeria and friend Carol.Friends may call 2-4 & 6-8pm on Friday, August 16, 2013 at the Bryan & Snider Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 11:00am on Saturday, August 17, 2013 at the Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church with Pastor Dr. Linda Morrow officiating.
