KENOSHA - Edward Koker passed away at his residence on Saturday, October 25, 2014. He was born on October 27, 1922 to Benjamin and Leona (Zajkowski) Koker. He was educated in Kenosha schools, attending Lincoln and graduating from Kenosha High School. Edward served in the U.S. Army during World War II and was stationed in the Pacific Theatre. Upon returning from the war, Edward moved to Racine and worked at Jacobsen Manufacturing. He retired in 1984. Edward enjoyed walking, biking, collecting coins, and visits with his family. Surviving Edward are his niece Kim (Karl) Bielewicz and nephew John (Susan Buche) Koker. He is also survived by his great nieces and nephews Andrew (Sharon) Ciskowski, Kevin (Ashley) Ciskowski, Genevieve Ciskowski, Walt Lontkowski, Margaret Koker, and Abigail (Michael) Puglisi. All will remember Uncle Eddies smile, laughter and generosity. Edward was preceded in death by his parents, 5 brothers, (Walter, Benjamin, Leon, Michael, and John), and a sister (Ann). A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Wednesday October 29th 2014 at 10:00AM at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church in Kenosha. (4816-7th Avenue) Visitation will take place on Wednesday at the church from 9:00AM until the time of mass. Burial with full military honors will follow at St. George Catholic Cemetery.
