EDWARD N. RODMAN "NEFF" Edward N. Rodman, "Neff", passed away at Lower Cape Fear Hospice in Wilmington, NC on October 15, 2016. Neff was born on November 6, 1948. He was a disabled Vietnam War Veteran who was very proud to have served his country. He was preceded in death by his father, Capt. William B Rodman, USN of Wilmington, his mother, Susan, brother Roddy, and brother John G Rodman of Wilmington. He is survived by his daughter, Nicole Susan and brother Wright Rodman of California. Neff was a kind and generous man who exuded optimism and cheerfulness. He was totally devoted to his friends and the ones he loved, and would always be there for them when they called. Neff was an avid artist and inventor and was always looking for better ways to do things. He will be forever missed and loved by those whose lives he touched.
