Mr. Edward Thomas, born on May 5th, 1952, sadly passed away on June 16th, 2023 in Fredericksburg, Virginia. He leaves behind a legacy of laughter and love, as well as some pretty impressive dad jokes.

Edward was known for his quirky sense of humor and passion for life. He had a way of making everyone around him smile, even during the most difficult times. His infectious personality and quick wit made him the life of the party - even when he was supposed to be the designated driver.

When he wasn't cracking jokes, Edward enjoyed spending time with his family, watching his favorite sports teams (go Redskins!), and playing pranks on his unsuspecting friends. He was never one to take life too seriously, and he encouraged everyone around him to embrace their silly side.

Although he will be deeply missed, Edward's memory will live on through the countless laughs he shared with his loved ones. We know that wherever he is now, he's making the angels chuckle with his signature puns.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you tell a bad joke in Edward's honor - he would have wanted it that way.

Rest in peace, Edward. We'll miss you and your sense of humor more than you know.
