Eileen Page, 90, of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, passed on February 02, 2023. Eileen was born on May 07, 1932, the daughter of late Homor O, and Matilda Creed. She was also predeceased by a son, Michael Page. She is survived by her husband of nearly 72 years, also a resident of Harrisburg, PA. Additional survivors are: three daughters (Susan Rosenberg), Mary Lou Smith, Jennifer Cooke, all of Harrisburg. Also, two sons: John Page Of Harrisburg and Andrew Page of Florence, SC. She is survived by twelve grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and three great great grandchildren.
She had a kind heart and was so full of love. A wonderful sense of humor, a quick wit, and charisma. She enjoyed playing the piano and singing with family and friends. Although having excellent secretariat skills, with several office positions, she dedicated her life to being a full time mother, grandmother and providing childcare for neighbors throughout the years. A graduate of Sushquehanna Township High School, class of 1949, she remained a active member helping with reunions and class events.
She was a member of Calvary United Methodist Church, where for several years she served as a Elementary aged Sunday School Teacher and was a director of the Choir.
She will be greatly and sadly missed by many family and friends.
A private Graveside service will be held at Blue Ridge Memorial, Harrisburg Pennsylvania following homegoing service With Pastor Randall Bennett officating. The Hetrick-Bitner Funeral home is honoted to be entrusted with afterlife care of Eileen.
