Eileen KentSeptember 25, 1934 - August 17, 2014Eileen "Rusty" "Red" Kent, 79, passed away Sunday, August 17, 2014 at her home in Arco, with her loving family by her side.Eileen was born on September 25, 1934 in Oakley, Idaho to Ernst and Sybil Anderson. She attended Burley High School. She was a cook and waitress at the Chat N Chew in Malad, Idaho and worked at the Salvation Army Thrift store.Eileen married Ferron Fred Goddard. They were married for 25 years and had 8 children. One passed away at birth.She was a member of the LDS Church and enjoyed Visiting Teaching.She loved camping, fishing, dancing, crocheting, and crossword puzzles. She also enjoyed her little Chihuahua dog, Roscoe.Eileen is survived by sons, Tom (Tracey) Walters, Chubbuck, ID, Ricci (Pat) Walters, Malad, ID, Tony (Wendi) Purdum, Malad, ID, Kelly (DeeLane) Purdum, Malad, ID, daughters, Terry Rae (Jack) Schaffer, Mackay, ID, Lyn Buzzell, Lava Hot Springs, ID, Lila Ann (Ray) Moore, TX; sisters, DeLois Stanger, Pocatello, ID, Renee Sherfey, Burley, ID; 23 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, and several great-great-grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Eileen Roberta Goddard; granddaughter, Audra De La Cruz, and granddaughter-in-law, Lyndsay Walters.Services for Eileen will be Friday, August 22, 2014 at the Inkom LDS Skyline Building at 2:00 pm. A viewing will be held Thursday, August 21, 2014 from 6 to 8 PM at Colonial Funeral Home, 2005 S. 4th Ave. Pocatello, ID 208-233-1500, and also 1 hour prior to services on Friday at the church.Burial will follow at the Inkom Cemetery.Condolences can be made to the family online at www.colonial-funeralhome.com
