Robinson, Elaine Ruth (Spitzer) Elaine Ruth (Spitzer) Robinson of Phoenix, Arizona went to be with the Lord on June 9th, 2017. She was born on August 4th, 1934 in Chicago, Illinois to Helmund and Wilma Spitzer. She worked as a legal secretary for a legal firm in downtown Chicago, as an executive secretary for the Chicago Board of Trade, and as an executive secretary for various departments and schools in the Phoenix Union High School District. The love of her life was her husband of over 61 years, Donald Robinson, who took care of her every need over the years as she bravely battled Multiple Sclerosis for over 50 years. In addition, she was also a loving mother to her 3 children, Burke, (Terri) Dea, and Craig. Additional survivors include 5 grandchildren, and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews. Visitation will be 5:00 -7:00pm Friday June 16th, 2017 at the Chapel of the Chimes Mortuary 7924 N. 59th Ave. Funeral Service will be at 10am Saturday June 17, 2017 at Christ Church Lutheran 3901 E.
