Lenz, Elaine SarahElaine S. Lenz, 91, Park Falls, WI, formerly Neenah, passed away on Friday, May 26, 2017, at Park Manor in Park Falls. She was born on April 21, 1926, in Neenah, daughter of Charles and Sarah Pagel (Wiatrowski). Elaine attended Neenah High School and later earned a Nursing Assistant certification.Prior to marriage Elaine was an active roller skating club team member, and after marriage she was active in her children's school activities and church. She served as a crossing guard for the Neenah Police, belonged to a bowling league until age 87, and was a dedicated mall walker. Elaine's quick wit and love of life encouraged the people she met and brightened the day. She is survived by six Children - Richard W. Lenz, Jr. and wife Tina, Susan Lenz, Patricia Close (Lenz) and husband Jan, Cynthia Lenz, Linda Severson (Lenz) and husband Ron, Andrew Lenz and wife Patty. Six grandchildren Pamela Lenz, Daniel Lenz, Harmony Lenz, Sarah Close, Joshua Close, Rachel Close-Medlej, Six great-grandchildren Genevieve Close, Jackson Close, Emmeline Close, Theodore Close, Cody Lenz and Tanner Lenz. Elaine was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Richard W. Lenz, Sr., her parents, and her brothers Robert and Bud Pagel. Elaine will be laid to rest in the Central Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery, King, following a private family service.
