Elaine R. Taylor1929 - 2014Elaine Taylor, 84, of Kenosha passed away peacefully on Wednesday, Feb. 26, 2014, at her residence surrounded by her loving family. Elaine was born on Nov. 18, 1929, in Boston, Mass., the daughter of the late William and Marion (Goss) McGinnis. She was educated in the schools of Boston. She married James C. Taylor on Oct. 29, 1950. Elaine was a homemaker for many years. She was a member of St. Marys Catholic Church. Her hobbies included playing bingo, bowling, reading, playing cards, making spaghetti every Saturday for her family, going to casinos, and spending time with family and friends, especially her grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren. Survivors include her children, Debbie (Pat Perrone) Taylor of Kenosha, James (Kiki) Taylor of Virginia, Elizabeth Boots (Dave) Wells of Kenosha, Wayne (Sharon) Taylor of Kenosha, Sandy (Bill) Anderson of Kenosha; sister, Beverly Cray of Massachusetts; grandchildren, Vicky (Harold), Lisa, Rob (Michelle), James, Christopher (Christina), Matthew (Crystal), Jason (Melissa), Nicole, William (Christine), Stephanie (Kyle), and Tynia; 22 great grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren; and her dear friend, Jo Barca. She was preceded in death by her husband, James; brother, William; and sisters, Fran, Betty, and Dottie.A visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1, 2014, at Kenosha Funeral Services from 10 a.m. to 12 Noon, with funeral services to follow at 12 Noon.
