Elbert was born on March 3, 1960 to Evelyn Johnson and Elbert Vick Sr. Elbert was the second child born of six children. He devoted himself to Muslim brotherhood at age 20, although he didn't have any children he loved his neices and nephews as his own. Elbert was a cowboy at heart and loved riding bulls. Elbert loved spending time with his family and loved ones. He had a heart of gold who spent his time mentoring Patrick Walker, Johnathan Whitfield and Chris Whitfield and others. Elbert loved his family. Elbert departed this life on December 09, 2020. He leaves his memory to cheish his sister's Angela, Kathy, Lanetta, Brenda, Deborah, Maryanne, and Roxanne all of Oklahoma City. His brothers Lawrence and Delbert all of Oklahoma City Ok. He was proceeded in death his mother Evelyn Johnson, father Elbert Vick Sr. Three aunt's Jesse, Doris, and Georgia, one uncle George Jr. One great neices Legacy and one great nephew Amari.
