Eldon Elbert Sims Jr (69) of Santa Rosa, California, died January 26, 2020 in Billings, Montana. He was born July 11, 1950 to Eldon Sims Sr. and Donna Sims (Chin).
Eldon is survived by his wife, Sue Sims; sisters, Donna Calhoun and Betty Peterson; daughter, Dawna Webster; step daughters, Michelle Rogers and Terri (Spencer) DeBuff; step son, Bert (Jen) Bowler, and multiple grand and great grandchildren that he absolutely adored. He is also loved and survived by many children that him and Sue lovingly fostered.
Eldon was known for his humor and willingness to always lend a helping hand. He enjoyed riding his harley, spending time with his family and dogs, and showing his American pride. Eldon served in the U.S. Navy as an aircraft mechanic and received the National Defense Service Medal. He was a man that truly loved his family and country.

I love you grandpa!! I don't have the words to express this incredible loss to myself or our family. This is absolutely devastating... and the only solace that is keeping me sane is that maybe, hopefully, you're up there with my dad and can hang out and say hi!! You guys were both vets and both amazing, humorous, big hearted individuals that were taken from us too soon. :(
