Elehue Harvey, 86, of Memphis, Tennessee, passed on May 18, 2021. Elehue was born on March 11, 1935.

Elehue (Ellie) Harvey was born to the late William and Dora Harvey in Fayette County, TN. He confessed a hope in Christ at an early age and was ordained as a deacon on February 21, 1993 at Mt. Olive #1 Missionary Baptist Church in Collierville, TN. Ellie was united in holy matrimony February 6, 1998 to Ollie Baldwin until he departed this life while at home. Ellie was the youngest of five siblings whom have all preceded him in death: Dealia Graham, Annie Walton, Willie Harvey and Napolean Harvey.

Ellie leaves memories to be cherished by a loving wife, Ollie Baldwin-Harvey; two sons, Edwin Harvey and Vincent Harvey; four daughters, Carolyn Robinson (Michael Robinson), Jacqueline Walton (Michael Walton), Almira McCumber (Thomas McCumber) and Barbara J. Harvey; three step-daughters, TaKisha Baldwin, LaShay Pena and Sandra Crutcher; six grand-children; eight great-grand children and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.

I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Now there is in store for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day-and not only to me on, but also to all who have longed for his appearing.
