Lilly was born in Madill, OK to Latasha Lynn (Dill) Olson and adopted shortly after by her late parents, Jacob & Lillian Chandler. She grew up in Durant, OK and graduated from Durant High school. Lilly was a student at OSU studying Criminal Justice and Law Enforcement.

Lilly is survived by her grandparents, Doris and Micheal Chandler of Durant, Oklahoma; her birth mother, and eight siblings: Rory, McKenzie, Summer, Hope, Dominick, Mattylann, Zoeigh and Nickolas of Amorita, Oklahoma.

She is proceeded in death by her parents, Jacob and Lillian Chandler.
