Elizabeth "Betts" Brown, a true force of nature, was born on May 2, 1926, in Manassas Park, Virginia, United States. She breathed her last on January 7, 2024, leaving behind a legacy that will forever be etched in the annals of our hearts.

Daughter to the extraordinary duo, Charles (affectionately known as Charlie Choc) and Mildred Smith, Betts was destined for greatness from the very beginning. She was a beacon of light in her small but vibrant community, known for her contagious laughter, unwavering strength, and boundless love.

In 1944, Elizabeth joined hands in holy matrimony with her adoring spouse, Thomas (fondly known as Tickle) Brown. Their love was a testament to the power of dedication and mutual support. Together, they forged a bond that would withstand the tests of time.

Their love story blossomed into a beautiful family that flourished with the birth of nine wonderful children. Arthur, George, Catherine, Harold, Walter, Ethel, Leroy Timothy, Ariel, and Grace were the apples of Elizabeth's eye. Her love for them was infinite and unwavering.

Beyond her role as a devoted wife and mother, Betts excelled in her career as a Homemaker. With grace and diligence, she nurtured her children, creating a warm and loving environment that served as the cornerstone of their lives.

Throughout her remarkable journey, Betts was blessed with the joy of witnessing her family grow. Six-Teen grandchildren, and twenty-seven great- grandchildren brought elation to her heart, each one a unique reflection of the love and values she had instilled in her children.

Elizabeth Brown's impact extended far beyond the walls of her home. Her kind heart and unwavering faith resonated with everyone who had the privilege of crossing her path. She had an unparalleled ability to brighten even the darkest of days, offering solace and kindness to those in need.
