Elizabeth Ann SmithUPPER SANDUSKY: Elizabeth Ann Smith, age 33, of Upper Sandusky, Ohio, passed away on Friday, January 13, 2017 in the Emergency Room of Wyandot Memorial Hospital in Upper Sandusky.Elizabeth was born on October 16, 1983 in Alachua County, Florida to William F. Kowalik, who is deceased, and Connie E. (Gilbert) Hendrix and she lives in Lake City, FL. She leaves behind her devoted, and loving husband Victor A. Smith, married on December 7, 2013.She is also survived by her children: Amber (Austin) Sutter of Marion, Zachary, Kathryn, William James and Rowan Grace Smith all of Upper Sandusky, and her sister Shawna Hayes of Mayodan, NC.Elizabeth was a machine operator with Graphic Packaging in Marion, and also had worked for KFC of Upper Sandusky as a crew leader. For hobbies she enjoyed playing Video games, creating pencil art, reading books, and most of all spending time with her family and friends.She touched so many hearts, wanted the best for everyone and though she may have given a rough exterior to many, she had a heart of gold. She was quiet, but thoughtful, and cared for her children more than anything. She will be missed dearly and loved always by family and friends.A memorial service for Elizabeth Ann Smith will be held at 1:00pm Saturday, January 21, 2017 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints at 1725 Marion-Edison Rd; Marion, Ohio 43302, with Bishop Gil Crawford officiating.
