Elizabeth Peterson, loving mother, grandmother, and dedicated educator, passed away on February 26, 2024, in Saint Cloud, Minnesota. She was born on July 27, 1964, to Dale Brice and Katelyn Gribb.

Elizabeth leaves behind two children, Ashlyn Johnson and Rhen Peterson, along with their spouses Eric Johnson and Brittney Peterson. She also leaves behind four beloved grandchildren.

She was also very close to her nieces, alexus Navarro, Shawna Navarro, Alyssa King, and Victoria king. She spent a lot of her free time helping out with her great nephews Loyal Navarro, Jeramiah Crawford, and Antoine Little. She loved being around close family and would do anything she could to help. A true Gem, she will be missed everyday.

Elizabeth worked at Rosevelt Education Center, where she touched the lives of many students and colleagues. Her dedication to her work and passion for education made her a respected figure in the community.

Outside of work, Elizabeth had a deep love for spending time with friends and family. Whether hosting gatherings at her home or enjoying outdoor activities, she cherished every moment spent with those she loved.

Tragically, Elizabeth's life was cut short due to a car accident. Her untimely passing has left a void in the hearts of all who knew her.

Elizabeth Peterson will be remembered for her kindness, generosity, and unwavering love for her family and her chosen family. She will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
