Services are under the direction of Shaffer Funeral Home/Sherwood Way.He was born on July 9, 1943, in San Angelo Texas. Elvis retired from Goodyear Proving Grounds with more than 20 years experience. He previously worked in construction and was a truck driver.Elvis was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Marie Stewart; his son, David; daughter Michelle; brothers Dan and Hollis; and sister Joyce.He is survived by his wife, Vada Stewart; son Daniel and wife Julie Stewart and Cheryl and Delvin Shomaker; brothers Marshall and wife Brenda Stewart, Robert and wife Valinda Stewart and Mike and Gail Wujcik; grandchildren Joshua, Bailey, Rachel and Ethan; and great-granddaughter Kaidence.They say, It's not the years in your life that count, it's the life in your years.Elvis Stewart's life was full of family, friends and love. He honestly never met a stranger.
