Emily Carr is one of the most famous Canadian artists to this day. She is well known for her Canadian landscape inspired art that has amazed people through out the years. Her work with the famous seven (a well know group of Canadian artists) attracted attention to her paintings in the 1920s-1930s. Her artworks featuring beautiful trees, scenery, and aboriginal rituals are found at a variety of art galleries. Emily Carr has inspired many people by proving that if you never give up on your dreams, you can achieve anything. She continued to pursue her passion of art even though her parents did not support her, and it took her many years for people to notice her art, but when they did, it was all worth it as she achieved success in the end.
