Emma Mildred Edwards (MaMildred) a long time resident of Cartersville, gained her wings on December 27, 2017.
Born on September 7, 1921, to the late Oscar and CarrieMae Davis. She is proceeded in death by a daughter 2 sister and 3 brothers; Elizabeth Ann Creamer, Dovie Johnson, Elizabeth Verdie Davis, James Lee Davis, Willierow Davis, and the late M.D. Davis.
She held various jobs and retired from Goodyear in 1984. She is survived by her husband, Holmes Edwards; 3 daughters and 1 son, Mary Echols (Percy Echols), Gloria Harris (LATE Robert Harris), Ralph Edwards (Lisa Ball) and Charlene Edwards. She also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.

WHEN I COME TO THE END OF THE ROAD, AND THE SUN HAS SET FOR ME I WANT NO NIGHTS IN A GLOOM FILLED ROOM WHY CRY FOR A SOUL SET FREE?
