Enrique Mejia, of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away on July 8, 2025, at the age of 85.

He was born on January 5, 1949, and married Gloria Mejia in 1960. Together, they raised five children: Enrique Mejia JR kique, Sarah Mejia, Andrea Mejia, Samantha Mejia, and Luis Lou Mejia. Enrique also leaves behind 10 beloved grandchildren.

Enrique worked at the City of Phoenix for many years, retiring in 1995. Prior to his civilian career, he served in the United States Marine Corps as a Sergeant.

Enrique will be remembered for his dedication to his family, his service to his country, and his hard work throughout his life. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

He passed away from natural causes, surrounded by his loved ones. May he rest in peace.
