Ermajean Anderson, 92, of Hamlet, N.C., formerly of St. James City, Fla., passed away on March 21, 2014.
She was born on March 1, 1922, in Akron, Ohio to Thomas and Frances Thompson Wade. Mrs. Anderson was a long time resident of Coshocton County, Ohio. She was a life long member of the Church of Christ where she taught Sunday School for over 40 years. She enjoyed writing and reading poetry, short stories and loved painting portraits and scenery.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Harold E. Anderson.
She is survived by her loving family including four children, Ronald E. Anderson (wife Ruthellen) of Dawsonville, Ga., Thomas P. Anderson (wife Kate) of Prescott, Ariz., Judith Anderson Britton (husband Bob) of Hamlet and Dennis M. Anderson (wife Darlene) of Stonecreek, Ohio; one brother, Jack Wade; nine grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. on Wednesday at Coral Ridge Funeral Home, 1630 Pine Island Road, Cape Coral, Fla. until the funeral at noon. Entombment will follow at Coral Ridge Cemetery.
