Ernest C. Hamilton,  91, passed Jauary 26, 2020. Ernest was born August 21, 1929.

Ernest graduated from Edgewood in 1944. He married Ida Ruth Hamilton in 1944. Ernest worked at U.S. Civil Service until he retired in 1980.

Msgt Hamilton served his country as a Hospital Administration in the Air Force for 22 years.

Ernest is survived by 6 children: Nina Neighbors (Douglass Neighbors ), Anita Robinson (Milton Eugene Robinson), Hardie Brooks (Courtney Brooks (deceased)), Ingrid Bell (Gerald Bell), Adda Pinkney , and Gloria Harrison . He also is survived by 8 grandchildren 7,great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren. 

Mr. Hamilton's viewing is Friday  February 7, 2020 from 5:00 PM- 7:30 PM and Saturday, February 8, 2020 from 1:00 PM-3:00PM.

Funeral Services are  being held at 1:00 PM at:

      Macedonia Baptist Church

Internment is Monday, February 10,2020 at:

      Ft. Sam National Cemetery
