Evelyn Swinson peacefully passed away on September 7, 2024, in Statesboro, Georgia, United States. She was born on March 5, 1951, to John and Brenda Bryant.

Evelyn was a loving wife to Leon Swinson for 52 years, and a devoted mother to her three children, Rodney Swinson, Demarion Swinson (spouse Lillian Swinson), and Kinsley Swinson. She also leaves behind three cherished grandchildren, Delaina Swinson, Kayla Swinson, and Ryan Swinson.

Evelyn attended Statesboro High School and went on to have a successful career as a Nurse before retiring in 2021. She touched the lives of many with her compassionate care and kind spirit.

Evelyn will be remembered for her unwavering love for her family, her infectious laughter, and her selfless nature. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

A celebration of Evelyn's life will be held in her honor. May she rest in peace.
