Florine T. Winkler passed away on November 10, 2015 in Kingwood, Texas. She was born on September 6, 1918 in Seattle, Washington and moved to Caney, Kansas as a small child. She married Harry William Winkler on October 17, 1938. He preceded her in death on Oct 7, 1969. She has been a resident of Kingwood, TX for 35 years. An avid bridge player, she participated in several groups and treasured those times she spent with her friends.

She is survived by two sons, John Charles Winkler and wife June of Evans, GA; Jerry William Winkler of Cherryvale, KS., two daughters, Julie Sprott of Tallahassee, FL, and Joyce Hamlin and husband Ronald of Kingwood, Texas. She was blessed with 5 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, and 1 great- great grandchild.

Graveside services will be conducted on December 2 nd at 11 am in Sunnyside Cemetery, Caney, KS.
