Frances R. Hill-Russell1936 - 2015Frances R. Hill-Russell, 79, of Kenosha, passed away Thursday, Sept. 17, 2015, at her home, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on July 2, 1936, in Charlottesville, Va., the daughter of the late Sanford & Sally (Blakey) Hill. She graduated from Charlottesville, VA, H.S., and Waukegan Business School. She married R.B. Russell on July 12, 1973, in Waukegan. She was employed at OMC Johnson Motors for many years, and also worked at Muskogee Public Schools as a cafeteria worker. She was a member of the Jehovah's Witness-Forrest Park Congregation. Her hobbies included cooking and sewing, and most of all spending time with her family.Survivors include her Children, Anthony (Carlisa) Hill of Woodbridge, VAa.; Bonita (Lawrance) Smith of Kenosha, Jason (Lawona) Hill of Tulsa, Okla., Michael (Tamecca) Russell of Hainesville, Ill., Wendell (Jackie) Russell of Antioch, Ill.; a brother, Sanford (Whinne) Hill of Virginia and a host of grandchildren; and great grandchildren.
