Visitation will be held all day Monday, Jan. 9, 2017, at the funeral home with family present 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 10, 2017 in Belvedere Memorial Park. Services are under the direction of Shaffer Funeral Home/Sherwood Way.Frances was born on March 24, 1926 to Frank and Doris Webb in Amherst, Texas. She was a very compassionate person and loved everyone. Frances was the perfect mother, grandmother and homemaker. Her whole world revolved around her family, being sure that their house was not just a house, but a "home".She was preceded in death by her husband, T.D. Patterson; daughters, Karen Hamm and Helen Jones; grandson, Derek Totedo; granddaughters, Sarah Hood and Kea Miller; parents, Frank and Doris Webb; brother and sister-in-law, Gordon Webb and Myrna; sister, Billie Borkgren; brother, George Webb.Frances is survived by her daughters, Shirley Hoadley and Sandra Butler; son-in-law, John Hamm; sister-in-law, Willie Webb; grandchildren, Kelli Riley, Robin Livers, Wendi Eversole, Melissa Cannon, April Robinson and Nicole Richards; 13 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.Online condolences may be made at shafferpioneer.com.
