Frances was well loved by her family she. She touched alot of hearts. Her spirit will forever remain whole through her family. A small town woman from Huntsville, Alabama all though raised in Chicago, IL leaves behind three grandchildren Danielle Smith, Anthony Hall and Nichelle Smith and a daughter Marcie Smith. Alot of people depended on and looked up to her. She will forever be missed forever and will always be in our hearts forever and ever.
