Frances Bailey, of Sweetwater, Tennessee, passed away on March 10, 2026, at the age of 73. Born on March 2, 1953, Frances was the beloved daughter of Everett and Alice Upton.

Frances is survived by her loving daughter, Tiffany Bailey Carter. She was also a proud grandmother to one grandchild Jacob Carter. Frances has still living brothers and sisters- Alvin Upton,Lincoln Upton, John Upton, Stella Dial, and Aline Johnson.

Frances attended High Point High School and went on to lead a fulfilling life filled with love and laughter. She will be remembered for her kind heart, warm smile, and unwavering dedication to her family.

Frances' passing was a result of heart complications. She leaves behind a legacy of love and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
