Rabitz, Francine N.Francine N. Rabitz, age 66, a Two Rivers resident, died peacefully on Tuesday September 11, 2012 after a courageous battle of cancer.She was born on December 8, 1945 in Two Rivers, daughter of the late Lawrence and Eleanor (Berge) Langley. Francine was a graduate of Washington High School, Two Rivers, Class of 1964. She married Jerome Rabitz on June 19, 1965. Francine was co-founder of Rabitz Electric, Inc. where she served as secretary and treasurer for more than 40 years. She also served on the U.S. Bank advisory board. Francine was a 4-H Leader for many years of the Crystal Springs 4-H Club and loved sponsoring events such as airplane rides in her husband's airplane and ice skating parties on their pond. She also loved being a part of the local Red Hatters group. More than anything she loved traveling with her loving husband in their RV. For the past four years she was proud that she still was able to travel when her health started failing her.Survivors include her loving husband Jerome Rabitz of Two Rivers, her daughter Sherri (Michael) Johnson of Manitowoc and the love of her life her grandson Brandon Johnson of Manitowoc. She is also survived by her sister Marlene Halani of St. Paul MN; brother-in-law, William Berthold of Two Rivers; sister-in-law, Carol Rabitz of Mishicot; and brother and sister in-law, John and MaryAnn Rabitz of Mishicot. Nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive.She was preceded in death by a son, Corey; her parents, Lawrence and Eleanor Langley; her brother, Ronald Langley; her sister Shirley Berthold; her in-laws, Clarence and Genevieve Rabitz; and a brother-in-law, Richard Rabitz.A memorial service will be held at 4:00 pm Sunday September the 16th at Grace Congregational United Church of Christ, 2801 Garfield Street, Two Rivers. The Rev. Kim Henning will be officiating. Relatives and friends may call at the church on Sunday from 1:00 pm until the time of services at 4:00 pm.
