Francis Dean "Willie" WilsonSan AngeloFrancis Dean "Willie" Wilson, 79, of San Angelo, passed away on Sunday, June 18, 2017 at his residence. Willie was born on Oct. 5, 1937 to Robert and Edith (Dillon) Wilson in Washington Court House, Ohio. He served in the US Air Force and was stationed at Goodfellow AFB. On Aug. 29, 1958, he married Carol Reed in San Angelo. Willie worked as a manager for Reed Service Stations. Willie enjoyed playing basketball, bowling and drinking coffee with his friends in his spare time. He was a Baptist.Willie is survived by his loving spouse of 58 years, Carol Wilson, daughter, Brenda Wilson of Garland, Texas; son, Gary Wilson of San Angelo; sister, Phyllis Davis and husband, Carmen of Circleville, Ohio; brother-in-law, John Reed of San Angelo; two sisters-in-law, Rosalie Jameson and husband, Harold of Topeka, Kansas and Norma St. Clair and husband, George of Amarillo. Memorial service is at 2 p.m. on Thursday, June 22, 2017, at The Garden Gathering Church with Rev. J.T. Tucker, officiating, under the direction of San Angelo Funeral Home.
