Francis Torchie Goraj was born November 7th 1910. She went home to be with her love Steven Goraj on February 25th 2002 In Portland Oregon.
Torchie as she was knowned to everyone was a force to be reckoned with. With her firey nature and her swift tounge she was fearless and she let it be known that she was. By her having ties with the Blackfoot indian tribe she loved nature and animals of all kinds. But her passion was her motorcycle. you would catch he getting ready for a long ride with a gleam in her eye and a smile on her face. Her favorite saying was " Nothing feels better than the wind in you face and its just you and the open road". You would see her ofter rideing along side her daughter Peggy Jean with a dog in the side car. Torchie Had a marvelous way with plants We used to say she has two green thumbs, She could grow anything anywhere. She enjoyed life to the fulliest that was filled with joy and Unconditional love.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory: One daughter Peggy Jean Coleman of Portland Oregon, One Granddaughter Roberta Lynn Julieanna Coleman of Lakewood Washington, One Great Granddaughter Makaliah Ann Devonajahe Paige of Lakewood Washington. The 141 st Neighborhood Family and the Booth Family and many, many more friends. That will remember her love for Always and Forever.
"We loved Torchie, but God loved her best. We will miss her, but we know that she is watching over all of us. But she is at peace with her Love. Fly high Torchie till we all meet again.
