Francis "Pete" Waggoner, 79, passed Thursday, March 07, 2019 at Camden Clark Memorial Hospital. Francis was born to the late Harley Lee Waggoner, and Esther Lee Davis, on April 10th, 1939 in Macfarlan West Virginia. Pete worked at Winans/Dupont. He loved hunting, fishing, being outside, working on lawn mowers and car, watching westerns, and he loved his dogs, Coco and Daisy. 

Pete was an amazing husband, grandfather, father, uncle, brother, son, and friend. 

Francis is survived by his ex wife Kaffie Rae Waggoner and 6 children: Francis Neal Waggoner Jr., Esther Slack (Dennis Pasket), Victoria Cain (Wes Cain), Burl Waggoner, Chuck Waggoner (Tammy Waggoner), and Winnifred McCauley (Mike McCauley ). He also is survived by 15 grandchildren and 2 granddaughters whom he helped raise Kaffie Nichole Waggoner and Elizabeth Jean Cain. He is also survived by 19 great grandkids. You will never be forgotten. We love you and know you're watching over us like you always did.
