Francisca Banda, also known as "Franny" to her friends, passed away on December 29, 2024, in Chicago, Illinois at the age of 97. She was born on December 2, 1927, and lived a full and vibrant life.

Francisca was married to her beloved husband, Anastacio, in 1943 and together they raised three children: Enrique with spouse Elsa, Lisa with spouse Walker, and Juana with spouse Chris. Her pride and joy were her eight grandchildren.

Franny was known for her incredible cooking skills, always whipping up delicious meals for her family and friends to enjoy. She had a contagious laugh and a warm presence that will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

Although she may be gone, Francisca's memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved her. Rest in peace, dear Franny.
