Frank Aceves Quesada, 84, of El Centro passed away in his sleep on Thursday, September 12, 2013 after a long illness. Frank was born on October 6, 1928 in Santa Paula, CA. At a young age he worked on the family farm in Mexico, where he met his wife of 67 years, Eufracia Villalobos. He eventually settled in El Centro and worked in various jobs. He opened a restaurant, "Tacos Pancho" in 1964. He and Eufracia worked at Tacos Pancho for 31 years and retired in 1998. His hobbies included billiards, gardening, and fishing. He is preceded in death by his parents, Cipriano Quesada and Petra Aceves; sisters, Antonia Aceves Quesada, Maria del Refugio Aceves Quesada; brothers, Jose Luis Aceves, Juan Aceves Quesada and Rafael Aveves Quesada; daughter, Estela Quesada. He is survived by his sisters, Felipa Aceves Quesada (Carrasco), Maria del Refugio Aceves Quesada (Calvillo), Maria Felicitas Aceves Quesada; brothers, Roberto Aceves Quesada and Rafael Aceves Quesada; wife, Eufracia Quesada; daughters, Abigail Panesar of La Mesa, CA, Maria Luisa Chavez of Lemon Grove, CA, Consuelo Montoya of Calexico, CA, Clementina Warren of Chula Vista, CA and Maricela Fedora of Saint John's FL; sons, Jesus Quesada of El Centro, Salvador Quesada of Loveland, CO and Frank Quesada of Mexicali; 15 grandchildren and 21 geat-grandchildren. He will always be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 18, 2013 from 6 to 9 p.m. at Hems Brothers Mortuary in El Centro. Service will be held on Thursday, September 19, 2013 at 10 a.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church in El Centro and will be officiated by Father Ed Horning.
